If you ask us to delete your personal information, we will respect your request and delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions provided by law, such as (but not limited to) the exercise by another consumer of his or her right to free speech, our compliance requirements resulting from a legal obligation or any processing that may be required to protect against illegal activities.

Request for Portable Data. Residents of certain U.S. states have the right to receive, in certain circumstances, a portable format of their personal information that allows the data to be transmitted to another entity.

Opting Out of Cookies and Sale/Sharing Using Online Tracking Technologies. Our use of online tracking technologies may be considered a “sale” / “sharing” under applicable law. LLC has not sold any personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding twelve (12) months but we recognize that some state privacy laws define “personal information” in such a way that some sharing of personal information necessary to provide you with personalized ads may be considered a “sale,” even if no money is exchanged. Limiting the Use of Sensitive Personal Information. Residents of California have the right to direct us to use or disclose sensitive personal information only for providing goods or services, or as otherwise minimally permitted under applicable law. Right to Non-Discrimination for the Exercise of a Consumer’s Privacy Rights. You have the right to receive equal service and price, even if you exercise a privacy right.

Verification process for Exercising Rights. Upon receiving your request, we will need to verify your identity to determine you are the same person about whom we have the information in our system. These verification efforts require us to ask you to provide information so that we can match it with information you have previously provided us. For instance, depending on the type of request you submit, we may ask you to provide certain information so that we can match the information you provide with the information we already have on file, or we may contact you through a communication method (e.g. phone or email) that you have previously provided to us. We may also use other verification methods as the circumstances dictate.

We will only use personal information provided in your request to verify your identity or authority to make the request. To the extent possible, we will avoid requesting additional information from you for the purposes of verification. If, however, we cannot verify your identity from the information already maintained by us, we may request that you provide additional information for the purposes of verifying your identity, and for security or fraud-prevention purposes. We will delete such additionally provided information as soon as we finish verifying you.

If you are an authorized agent wishing to exercise rights on behalf of a state resident, please contact us using the information at the bottom of this privacy policy and provide us with a copy of the consumer’s written authorization designating you as their agent. We may need to verify your identity and place of residence before completing your rights request.

Appeal Process. If we do not decide to act in response to your request to exercise a right, we will provide a timely response detailing the reasons for not taking the action and, depending on your jurisdiction, any rights that you may have to appeal our decision.

Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges Policy

This Return / Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Service ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our Terms of Service Policy.

Please carefully review our Return / Refund Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with Havilah & Co. LLC.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a replacement or a refund.

Our goal is to constantly improve our product and brand experience; our customer's feedback is vitally important to this process. Any, and all, feedback you can provide is welcome!

REFUND PROCESS

In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to request a replacement or refund, please submit a request to hello@givehavilah.com with the following information:

Indicate whether you would like the product replaced or a refund
The purchase order #/transaction #/receipt ID
The date of purchase
A description of the product issues
Supporting photo(s) of the product issues
The Havilah & Co. LLC Team will review each request to determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate. All requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.

RETURN PROCESS

You are not required to return the product. We would rather save you the trouble — and the environment.

REFUNDS

Once your refund request has been reviewed and approved, we will process your refund within approximately 5 business days. Please note that no return shipping is required — only the original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement. You will be notified by email when your refund has been processed.
